ABS softens near ~87°C and powders outdoors. PETG is tougher and is not a long-term UV grade. Dental and implant work is out of scope. Do not promise untested outdoor hours, UL or an ingress rating.
Channel logic: in the six-scene map, outdoor lids, bureaus quoting garden electrical doors and farms reprinting irrigation covers should not default to indoor ABS, and should not share one SKU with wall brackets. Wall brackets and rain shrouds stay on the 16 Sep post. Signage stays on the 5 Sep post. Indoor painted knobs stay on yesterday’s ABS post. Flat lids, controller covers and small outdoor doors stay ASA OEM. Quote ASA, ABS and PETG as separate SKUs.
Factory notes: print ASA in an enclosure, bed 90–110°C, to cut warp. Ship vacuum + desiccant. Label ASA / irrigation lid / outdoor so warehouses do not mix indoor ABS paint spools or bracket spools. Samples 1–2 spools. Print the buyer’s lid, leave it in the same sun-and-rain spot, then lock OEM. Specs follow the TDS.
