Outdoor plus long cantilever or thin-wall load goes CF-ASA. Volume farm work with no outdoor exposure stays PETG. Dental and implant work is out of scope.
Print notes: enclose ASA when you can, or warp and layer splits come back as returns; ship vacuum + desiccant. Label ASA / outdoor / signage so warehouses do not mix ABS, PC, or CF-ASA. Samples 1–2 spools per color. Print the buyer’s real wall-mount or post part before locking OEM color. Do not promise an untested five-year outdoor fade curve.
