Two days ago we split lid gaskets onto TPU 95A. Today we split printer feet out of 95A seals and 98A casters. Catalog TPU 85A: softer, dampers and soft-touch, black / clear / grey. TPU 90A: middle hardness. TPU 95A: seals, wheels, grips. TPU 98A: firmer casters. Feet that must squash and still print stay 85A. Dental and implant work is out of scope. Do not promise untested food contact, UL or a dB isolation number.
Channel logic: in the six-scene map, farm printer feet / AMS pads, bureau damper blocks and classroom anti-walk feet should not default to 95A. Lid seals stay 95A. Harder wheels stay 98A. Soft phone cases stay on the 85A case post. Machines that must stop walking stay TPU 85A OEM. Quote TPU 85A, 90A, 95A and 98A as separate SKUs.
Factory notes: TPU likes direct drive, slow retract, dry storage. 85A jams more than 95A on farm shifts — budget a slower line. Label TPU 85A / printer feet / damper so warehouses do not mix 95A lid stock. Samples 1–2 spools. Print four feet in the buyer’s well, run a night shift, then lock OEM. Specs follow the TDS — print window about 210–240°C, bed 40–60°C.
