First split squashable cushion vs a seal/grip that must stand up. Qianshuo TPU 85A: Shore 85A, ~120 kJ/m² impact, about 3 colors, 1.75 mm ±0.03 mm laser control, print window 210–240°C / bed 40–60°C, direct-drive preferred, dry before production. Quote Shore hardness, not HDT. Softer than 95A, more skin-like than 72D — lock 50 kg black or natural for dampers, cases, and soft-touch covers.
