Winning long-tail focus: “TPU 95A filament OEM wholesale lid gaskets”. When a print-farm, bureau or small-batch RFQ for a flexible lid seal says “just the softest TPU, black, easy” and then the lid will not seat, do not keep quoting 85A dampers. Yesterday split heat-side fixtures onto PA-CF. Today we split lid gaskets out of too-soft 85A and too-stiff 98A. Catalog TPU 85A: softer, dampers and soft-touch. TPU 90A: middle hardness for gaskets and wearables. TPU 95A: seals, wheels, grips — more printable than 85A on a farm. TPU 98A: firmer, casters and wear. Lid grooves that must seal and still extrude stay 95A. Dental and implant work is out of scope. Do not promise untested food contact, UL or a compression-set hour we have not put on the TDS.
Channel logic: in the six-scene map, farm dry-box / AMS lid rings, bureau seal jobs and consumer protective lids should not default to the softest 85A. Soft dampers stay 85A. Seals that must still print stay 95A. Harder wheels and belts stay 98A. Heat-side stiff jigs stay PA-CF — do not force TPU into a nylon window. Quote TPU 95A, 85A, 90A and 98A as separate SKUs.
Factory notes: TPU likes direct drive, slow retract, dry storage. 95A is steadier than 85A on farm shifts. Label TPU 95A / lid gasket / dry-box seal so warehouses do not mix 85A damper stock. Samples 1–2 spools. Print the buyer’s real lid groove, close the box, then lock OEM. Specs follow the TDS — print window about 210–240°C, bed 40–60°C.
