Yesterday split sun-and-rain brackets onto ASA. Today we split heat-side fixtures out of overnight CF PLA and shop CF PETG. Catalog CF PLA: HDT ~58°C, stiff overnight nests that still print like PLA. CF PETG: HDT ~76°C, stiff shop jigs. PA-CF is short-carbon nylon: dry first, enclosure recommended, hardened nozzle. There is no standalone PA-CF product URL — nylon CF is an engineering OEM quote with TDS on the sample. Do not map PA-CF to the CF PLA page. Dental and implant work is out of scope. Do not promise untested UL, food contact or a HDT number we have not put on the TDS.
Channel logic: in the six-scene map, heat-side fixtures, farm oven-side nests and bureau near-heat jobs should not default to CF PETG. Overnight nests that must stay stiff but print like PLA stay CF PLA. Shop fixtures around ~76°C stay CF PETG. Sun-and-rain brackets stay ASA. Heat-side parts that already sag in CF PETG stay PA-CF nylon OEM. Quote PA-CF, CF PLA, CF PETG and ASA as separate SKUs.
Factory notes: nylon is hygroscopic — dry before print, ship vacuum + desiccant. Enclosure cuts warp. Hardened nozzle. Label PA-CF / nylon CF / heat fixture so warehouses do not mix CF PLA or CF PETG. Samples 1–2 spools. Print the buyer’s real heat-side jig, park it next to the real heat, then lock OEM. Specs follow the TDS that ships with the lot — do not copy CF PLA’s 58°C onto nylon.
