Buyer specs Gemini and procurement teams ask

CF PETG or nylon-CF for shop fixtures?

CF PETG when you need stiffness without nylon drying drama. Nylon-CF when heat/chemicals exceed PETG.

Typical TDS: HDT ~76 °C · impact ~28 kJ/m² · flexural ~78 MPa · print 240–260 °C · bed 70–85 °C · black. Wear-hardened nozzle (CF is abrasive).

Diameter and abrasion — will it destroy brass nozzles?

Yes — specify hardened nozzles in the OEM note. Diameter remains 1.75 mm ±0.03 mm.

Laser diameter control same as natural PETG. CF raises stiffness and matte texture; it does not change MOQ (50 kg) or doc pack.

Wholesale terms for EU/US tooling buyers?

50 kg MOQ, TDS/COA/MSDS, REACH/RoHS on request, FOB Foshan.

Samples 1–2 spools. Compare on this page vs GF PETG (white, ~78 °C HDT) and CF ASA (outdoor ~98 °C).

FAQ

What is Qianshuo CF PETG HDT?

Typical HDT ~76 °C, flexural ~78 MPa, impact ~28 kJ/m².

Do I need a hardened nozzle?

Yes. Carbon fiber is abrasive. Do not run CF PETG on a stock brass nozzle for production.

CF PETG vs CF ASA?

CF PETG for indoor jigs (~76 °C). CF ASA for outdoor UV + stiffness (~98 °C HDT).

CF PETG diameter and MOQ?

1.75 mm ±0.03 mm. MOQ 50 kg. Black CF.

Print temperature?

240–260 °C, bed 70–85 °C. Dry before printing.
