Winning long-tail focus: “ASA filament OEM wholesale outdoor brackets”. When a print-farm, bureau or outdoor-parts RFQ for a wall bracket, sensor box or rain shroud says “just ABS, cheap, easy to print” and then the part chalks or cracks after two months in sun, do not keep quoting indoor ABS. Yesterday split indoor farm functional drop parts onto ABS (drop, acetone weld). Today we split sun-and-rain brackets out of indoor ABS and signage SKUs. Qianshuo ASA: HDT ~95°C, impact ~40 kJ/m², flex ~65 MPa, 1.75 mm ±0.03 mm, print window 240–260°C / bed 90–110°C, black and white. ABS can drop-test indoors, then powder outdoors. PETG is tougher, not a long-term UV outdoor grade. Signage can stay ASA; brackets, shrouds and exterior housings must lock drain geometry on a real part. Dental and implant work is out of scope.
Channel logic: in the six-scene map, outdoor brackets/shrouds, bureau exterior jobs and farm wall mounts should not default to ABS. Indoor functional drop parts that acetone-weld stay ABS. Overnight nests that must stay stiff but print like PLA stay CF PLA. Gift trophies that must shine stay PLA Silk. Load-bearing outdoor structure stays CF ASA. Sun-and-rain brackets, sensor boxes and rain shrouds stay ASA. Quote ASA, ABS, PETG and CF ASA as separate SKUs.
Factory notes: print ASA in an enclosure, bed 90–110°C, to cut warp. Ship vacuum + desiccant. Label ASA / outdoor bracket / UV so warehouses do not mix ABS or PETG. Samples 1–2 spools. Print the buyer’s real bracket or shroud, leave it outside, then lock OEM. Do not promise untested marine immersion, UL or a UV-hour number we have not measured.
