Winning long-tail focus: “TPU 85A filament OEM wholesale phone cases”. Small-batch consumer lines taking phone cases, air-corner bumpers, handle sleeves, and tool grips often write “softer TPU” or reuse 95A / 98A. First split skin-contact cushion from a wear wheel or seal lip. Qianshuo TPU 85A: impact ~120 kJ/m², print window 210–240°C / bed 40–60°C, black / transparent / grey. TPU 95A is still flexible, but it is the seal-and-wheel grade — firmer in the hand, harsh on a phone back. TPU 90A is the gasket middle. 98A is the caster wear grade. 72D is already a semi-rigid snap-fit. The 23 Aug 85A post was industrial dampers. Today we split phone cases / soft-touch consumer parts out of dampers, gaskets, and wheels.
Channel logic: 23 Aug covered dampers on 85A. 30 Aug covered gaskets on 90A. 9 Aug and 22 Aug covered seals / farm flex on 95A. 1 Sep covered casters on 98A. In the six-scene map, consumer small-batch cases and grips should not default to 95A. Industrial dampers and machine feet still stay 85A, locked as damper SKUs. Seal lips and clear hose stay 95A. Gaskets and wearables stay 90A. Casters and belts stay 98A. Volume farm jigs with no soft-touch need should not burn 85A. Dental and implant work is out of scope.
Print notes: 85A is softer than 95A — shorten retraction and slow down, or stringing comes back as a “tolerance” complaint; ship vacuum + desiccant. Label TPU 85A / phone case / soft-touch so warehouses do not mix 95A, 90A, or 98A. Samples 1–2 spools per color. Print the buyer’s real case before locking OEM color. Do not promise an untested yellowing curve or military drop rating.
Qianshuo TPU 85A, FOB Foshan, typical MOQ 50 kg, TDS/COA/MSDS on request; private label available. Black, transparent, and grey. Lock 50 kg black on a real case, then talk tint and spool-less.
Before PO: phone cases / soft sleeves / grips → TPU 85A; seals → 95A; gaskets → 90A; casters → 98A; semi-rigid snap-fits → 72D. Lock 50 kg black on a real case, then scale.
