Qianshuo TPU 95A is the first flexible SKU US/EU distributors should stock: seals, wheels, grips, covers. Shore 95A, solid + clear tints (~8 colors), 1.75 mm ±0.03 mm, 50 kg MOQ. Softer 85A and firmer 98A/72D sit beside it.

95A is the printable flex entry. 85A for more cushion, 98A for wear, 72D for semi-rigid snap-fits.
TPU 95A typical: Shore 95A · impact ref. ~120 kJ/m² · print 210–240 °C · bed 40–60 °C · ~8 colors including transparent tints.
Direct-drive and dry filament first. 95A is more farm-safe than ultra-soft 85A.
Slow retraction, dry sealed storage. Diameter 1.75 mm ±0.03 mm still applies — wet TPU blobs, it does not “grow” in spec.
50 kg MOQ, start 3–5 hero colors, TDS/COA/MSDS, REACH/RoHS on request.
Samples 1–2 spools/color. Pair 95A + 85A on the shelf so buyers do not force one hardness into every gasket.
