If the buyer’s machine path is 2.85 mm, write 2.85 mm on the PLA or PETG line. Do not put the 1.75 mm spool on that order. The PLA card and the PETG card both list 1.75 mm and 2.85 mm, at ±0.03 mm. We sell FOB Foshan. The factory is in Foshan, Guangdong, next to Guangzhou.
Diameter is one line. The resin is the next line. PLA, on either diameter: heat deflection 57°C, impact 26 kJ/m², flexural 75 MPa, print 190–220°C, bed 50–60°C, about 10 colors. PETG, on either diameter: heat deflection 70°C, impact 32 kJ/m², flexural 64 MPa, print 230–250°C, bed 70–85°C, about 18 colors. Moving from 1.75 mm to 2.85 mm does not change those card numbers. Writing 1.75 mm against a 2.85 mm path does not make the spool match the path the buyer named.
Not every card lists 2.85 mm. The PHA card is 1.75 mm at ±0.05 mm. This note covers the PLA card and the PETG card, where both diameters are written. Tolerance on those two cards stays ±0.03 mm for both diameters.
