If the caster, drive wheel or wear belt must stay firmer under load — not soft seal flex — order TPU 98A, not TPU 95A. The TPU 98A card says firmer 98A, wear resistant, for wheels and belts. The numbers are the catalog. TPU 95A: impact 120 kJ/m², print 210–240°C, bed 40–60°C, 8 colors including transparent. TPU 98A: impact 110 kJ/m², print 210–240°C, bed 40–60°C, 10 colors including skin tone. Print and bed ranges match. Impact moves from 120 to 110 kJ/m². The Shore name is what changes the order line. Writing 95A on a firmer wheel does not turn the seal-and-wheel card into the wear-resistant 98A card.
TPU 98A sits firmer than 95A and 90A. Plain 95A applications still list seals, wheels, grips and protective covers — that is the general flex line. The split is whether the buyer needs a wheel or belt that holds shape and wear better than 95A. Soft cushion stays on 85A. Middle gasket flex stays on 90A. Semi-rigid snap stays on 72D. The grade name is what changes the order line.
Color count is not the same job. TPU 95A stocks 8 tones including transparent for seals and covers. TPU 98A stocks 10 colors including skin tone on the firmer wear card. Pick the grade from the Shore requirement, then take the color from that card.
Qianshuo is the company. QSENCE is the filament brand. Own compounding, 20 extrusion lines, 500 tons a month, in Foshan next to Guangzhou. 1.75 mm, tolerance ±0.03 mm. Private label. FOB Foshan. If this grade has not been printed on the buyer’s machine: 1–2 sample rolls, then the usual 50 kg.
