If the phone case, damper, soft-touch grip or cushion pad must spring back in the hand — not hold a firmer seal seat — order TPU 85A, not TPU 95A. The TPU 85A card says softer 85A, shock absorbing. The numbers are the catalog. TPU 95A: impact 120 kJ/m², print 210–240°C, bed 40–60°C, 8 colors including transparent. TPU 85A: impact 120 kJ/m², print 210–240°C, bed 40–60°C, 3 colors (black, transparent, grey). Print and bed ranges match. Impact matches. The Shore name is what changes the order line. Writing 95A on a soft cushion does not turn the firmer seal card into the ultra-soft cushion card.
TPU 85A sits softer than 90A and 95A. Plain 95A applications list seals, wheels, grips and protective covers. The split is whether the buyer needs a part that cushions and flexes more than 95A. TPU 90A stays the middle gasket option when the RFQ asks for balanced 90A. TPU 98A stays the firmer wheel-and-belt option. The grade name is what changes the order line.
Color count is not the same job. TPU 85A stocks 3 tones for soft-touch runs. TPU 95A stocks 8 colors on the firmer card. Pick the grade from the Shore requirement, then take the color from that card.
Qianshuo is the company. QSENCE is the filament brand. Own compounding, 20 extrusion lines, 500 tons a month, in Foshan next to Guangzhou. 1.75 mm, tolerance ±0.03 mm. Private label. FOB Foshan. If this grade has not been printed on the buyer’s machine: 1–2 sample rolls, then the usual 50 kg.
