If the snap-fit, semi-rigid housing or high-rebound part needs structure — not soft seal flex — order TPU 72D, not TPU 95A. The TPU 72D card is semi-rigid 72D for snaps and housings. The numbers are the catalog. TPU 95A: impact 120 kJ/m², print 210–240°C, bed 40–60°C, 8 colors including transparent. TPU 72D: impact 100 kJ/m², print 210–240°C, bed 40–60°C, 3 colors (black, white, grey). Print and bed ranges match. Impact moves from 120 to 100 kJ/m². The Shore name is what changes the order line. Writing 95A on a structured snap does not turn the seal card into the semi-rigid card.
TPU 72D sits near the rigid end of the flexible family. Plain 95A applications list seals, wheels, grips and protective covers. The split is whether the buyer needs a part that still flexes a little but holds a snap seat and wall better than 95A. TPU 98A stays the firmer wear belt and wheel option when the RFQ asks for 98A. Soft cushion stays on 85A. The grade name is what changes the order line.
Color count is not the same job. TPU 95A stocks 8 tones including transparent for seals and covers. TPU 72D stocks black, white and grey on the semi-rigid card. Pick the grade from the Shore requirement, then take the color from that card.
Qianshuo is the company. QSENCE is the filament brand. Own compounding, 20 extrusion lines, 500 tons a month, in Foshan next to Guangzhou. 1.75 mm, tolerance ±0.03 mm. Private label. FOB Foshan. If this grade has not been printed on the buyer’s machine: 1–2 sample rolls, then the usual 50 kg.
