If the indoor mechanical housing, jig base or fixture must stay stiff and hold dimension, order CF ABS, not plain ABS. The CF ABS card is black carbon-fiber reinforcement for rigid engineering parts. The numbers are the catalog. ABS: heat deflection 87°C, impact 39 kJ/m², flexural 62 MPa, print 230–260°C, bed 90–110°C, 2 colors. CF ABS: heat deflection 90°C, impact 30 kJ/m², flexural 80 MPa, print 240–260°C, bed 90–110°C, 1 color (black). Heat moves only from 87°C to 90°C. Flexural moves from 62 to 80 MPa — that is the stiff indoor line. Writing ABS on a stiff housing does not turn the color card into the carbon-fiber card.
CF ABS sits in the engineering family as the indoor stiff option. Plain ABS applications list housings, automotive-style parts, fixtures and post-process parts. The split is whether the buyer needs carbon-fiber stiffness off the printer indoors. Impact moves from 39 to 30 kJ/m² — the CF grade is the stiffness grade, not the tougher-on-drop grade. Outdoor UV stays on ASA or CF ASA. The grade name is what changes the order line.
Color count is not the same job. Plain ABS stocks black and white for general housings. CF ABS stocks black on the carbon-fiber card. Pick the grade from the stiffness requirement, then take black from that card.
Qianshuo is the company. QSENCE is the filament brand. Own compounding, 20 extrusion lines, 500 tons a month, in Foshan next to Guangzhou. 1.75 mm, tolerance ±0.03 mm. Private label. FOB Foshan. If this grade has not been printed on the buyer’s machine: 1–2 sample rolls, then the usual 50 kg.
