The numbers are the catalog. PLA: heat deflection 57°C, impact 26 kJ/m², flexural 75 MPa, print 190–220°C, bed 50–60°C, 10 colors. PLA Wood: heat deflection 58°C, impact 16 kJ/m², flexural 55 MPa, print 190–220°C, bed 50–60°C, 2 colors. Same print and bed ranges. Writing PLA on a wood-look line does not turn the color card into the wood-fiber card.
PLA Wood sits in the PLA family as the natural-grain option. Standard PLA applications list education, prototypes, figurines and OEM. The split is whether the buyer needs the wood-fiber texture off the printer. Heat moves only from 57°C to 58°C. Impact moves from 26 to 16 kJ/m² — the wood grade is the look grade, not the tougher grade. The grade name is what changes the order line.
Color count is not the same job. Standard PLA stocks 10 colors for general models. PLA Wood stocks 2 tones on the wood card. Pick the grade from the grain requirement, then take the tone from that card.
