Pass the print on factory packaging first; private-label labels wait. When the buyer still needs to test PLA, PLA+ or PETG on the machine, the November sample line is original factory packaging — not custom boxes. We sell FOB Foshan. The factory is in Foshan, Guangdong, next to Guangzhou.
The numbers are the catalog. PLA: heat deflection 57°C, impact 26 kJ/m², flexural 75 MPa, print 190–220°C, bed 50–60°C, 10 colors. PLA+: heat deflection 58°C, impact 35 kJ/m², flexural 72 MPa, same print and bed ranges, 10 colors. PETG: heat deflection 70°C, impact 32 kJ/m², flexural 64 MPa, print 230–250°C, bed 70–85°C, 18 colors. Diameter 1.75 mm, tolerance ±0.03 mm. The sample line uses those stock grades and colors — not a new formulation.
Private-label artwork is a second order line. Labels, boxes and brand marks come after the print test passes on the factory-brand spool. Jumping to custom packaging before the grade is approved mixes two jobs: filament qualification and packaging tooling.
Volume follows the same habit. Samples: 1–2 rolls per grade under test. After approval: the usual 50 kg before a larger wholesale ladder. Monthly capacity is 500 tons on 20 extrusion lines. Freight to the buyer’s door is separate from the FOB Foshan filament line.
Qianshuo is the company. QSENCE is the filament brand. Own compounding, Foshan next to Guangzhou. Private label is available once the grade is locked. Writing “private label” on a sample request does not replace the factory-pack print test.
