The numbers are the catalog. PETG: heat deflection 70°C, impact 32 kJ/m², flexural strength 64 MPa, print 230–250°C, bed 70–85°C, 18 colors. PCTG: heat deflection 75°C, impact 40 kJ/m², flexural strength 68 MPa, print 240–260°C, bed 75–90°C, 3 colors — black, transparent and white. Writing PETG on a chemical enclosure line does not add chemical resistant to the card.
PCTG applications list enclosures, industrial parts, chemical-resistant parts and OEM. Standard PETG lists functional parts, fixtures, containers and OEM wholesale. The split is the chemical job. Heat moves from 70°C to 75°C. Impact moves from 32 to 40 kJ/m². The nozzle starts at 240°C on PCTG, not 230°C.
Color does not make it chemical resistant. PETG stocks 18 colors. PCTG stocks three: black, transparent and white. Pick the grade from the chemical line, then take the color from the PCTG card.
Qianshuo is the company. QSENCE is the filament brand. Own compounding, 20 extrusion lines, 500 tons a month, in Foshan next to Guangzhou. 1.75 mm, tolerance ±0.03 mm. Private label. FOB Foshan. If this grade has not been printed on the buyer’s machine: 1–2 sample rolls, then the usual 50 kg.
