The numbers are the catalog. PETG: heat deflection 70°C, impact 32 kJ/m², flexural strength 64 MPa, print 230–250°C, bed 70–85°C, 18 colors. PETG-ESD: heat deflection 70°C, impact 28 kJ/m², flexural strength 70 MPa, print 230–250°C, bed 70–85°C, 1 color — black. Same heat window. Same print and bed ranges. Writing PETG on a PCB tray line does not add ESD safe to the card.
PETG-ESD applications list PCB fixtures, electronics trays, ESD tooling and OEM. Standard PETG lists functional parts, fixtures, containers and OEM wholesale. The split is the static job, not the heat number. Both sit at 70°C. Only one card says ESD safe.
Color does not make it ESD. Standard PETG stocks 18 colors. PETG-ESD stocks black only. Pick the grade from the static requirement, then take black from the ESD card.
