The numbers are the catalog. Matte PETG: heat deflection 70°C, impact 30 kJ/m², flexural strength 65 MPa, print 230–250°C, bed 70–85°C, four stock colors — white, gray, yellow, black. Matte PLA: heat deflection 57°C, impact 24 kJ/m², flexural strength 70 MPa, print 190–220°C, bed 50–60°C, five stock colors — white, gray, black, red, yellow. Both cards are matte. The heat number is not the same. Writing matte PLA on a shell that has to sit at 70°C does not turn 57°C into 70°C.
Standard PETG is also 70°C. Impact 32 kJ/m², flexural strength 64 MPa, print 230–250°C, bed 70–85°C, 18 stock colors. It is not the matte card. Writing standard PETG does not move the shell onto the low-glare line. If the shell can take that surface and needs a color the matte card does not stock, that is the standard PETG line.
Color does not add heat. Matte PETG stocks white, gray, yellow, and black. Red is on the matte PLA card. A red shell that must sit at 70°C is not a stock spool on either matte card.
Qianshuo is the company. QSENCE is the filament brand. Own compounding, 20 extrusion lines, 500 tons a month, in Foshan next to Guangzhou. 1.75 mm, tolerance ±0.03 mm. Private label. FOB Foshan. If this grade has not been printed on the buyer’s machine: 1–2 sample rolls, then the usual 50 kg.
Order check: the shell must not glare, it has to sit at 70°C, the printer holds 230–250°C and a 70–85°C bed, and the color is white, gray, yellow, or black → matte PETG. The shell must not glare and only has to stay under 57°C → matte PLA. The shell can take the standard surface and needs one of the 18 colors → standard PETG. The grade has not been printed here → samples, then 50 kg.
