If the part stays outside, order ASA, not ABS. ASA’s catalog heat deflection is 95°C. ABS is 87°C. We sell FOB Foshan. The factory is in Foshan, Guangdong, next to Guangzhou.
The numbers are the catalog. ABS: heat deflection 87°C, impact 39 kJ/m², flexural strength 62 MPa, print 230–260°C, bed 90–110°C, black and white. ASA: heat deflection 95°C, impact 40 kJ/m², flexural strength 65 MPa, print 240–260°C, bed 90–110°C, black and white. The bed range is the same. The ASA nozzle starts at 240°C. Writing ABS on a line that stays outside does not turn 87°C into 95°C.
The ASA page lists outdoor fixtures, signage and exterior housings, and it says UV stable and weather resistant. The ABS page lists housings, fixtures and parts that get sanded. It does not list outdoor. That is the split. No hour count is printed on either card.
Color does not make it outdoor. Both cards stock only black and white. Pick the grade from where the part sits, then the color from that grade’s card.
Qianshuo is the company. QSENCE is the filament brand. Own compounding, 20 extrusion lines, 500 tons a month, in Foshan next to Guangzhou. 1.75 mm, tolerance ±0.03 mm. Private label. FOB Foshan. If this grade has not been printed on the buyer’s machine: 1–2 sample rolls, then the usual 50 kg.
