The numbers are the catalog. Standard PLA: impact 26 kJ/m², heat deflection 57°C, flexural strength 75 MPa, print 190–220°C, bed 50–60°C, 10 stock colors. PLA+: impact 35 kJ/m², heat deflection 58°C, flexural strength 72 MPa, print 190–220°C, bed 50–60°C, 10 stock colors. The nozzle and the bed do not change. The impact number does. Writing standard PLA on a line that gets dropped does not turn 26 into 35.
Heat is a different line. 57°C and 58°C are not a container that must sit at 70°C. This order is about the drop, not the oven.
Color does not move the impact number. Both cards have 10 stock colors, including green and fluorescent yellow. Standard PLA also lists skin. PLA+ also lists fluorescent orange. Pick the grade from the drop, then the color from that grade’s card. A color that is not on the card is not a stock spool.
Qianshuo is the company. QSENCE is the filament brand. Own compounding, 20 extrusion lines, 500 tons a month, in Foshan next to Guangzhou. 1.75 mm, tolerance ±0.03 mm. Private label. FOB Foshan. If this grade has not been printed on the buyer’s machine: 1–2 sample rolls, then the usual 50 kg.
Order check: the part gets dropped, and the printer holds 190–220°C with a 50–60°C bed → PLA+. The part only has to look right and will not be dropped → standard PLA. The grade has not been printed here → samples, then 50 kg.
