If the part has to give in the hand, order TPU 85A, not 98A. Order TPU 98A when the part is a wheel or a belt. We sell FOB Foshan.
TPU 85A: softer than 95A. Black, transparent and grey — 3 colors. Impact 120 kJ/m², print 210–240°C, bed 40–60°C. The catalog lists phone cases, dampers and cushioning. TPU 98A: firmer, still flexible. 10 colors, including a skin tone. Impact 110 kJ/m², print 210–240°C, bed 40–60°C. The catalog lists wheels, belts and wear-resistant flexible parts. The print window is the same. The shore is not. A damper on 98A does not give the way 85A does. A wheel on 85A does not hold the shape 98A holds.
A line that only says “TPU” does not pick the shore. Write 85A or 98A, and a color from that grade’s list. 85A does not carry the 10-color range. 98A does not have the soft face of 85A. If the part is a gasket, neither a cushion nor a wheel, TPU 90A is 8 colors — black, white, grey, red, blue, yellow, green and transparent. Impact 120 kJ/m², print 210–240°C, bed 40–60°C.
Qianshuo is the company. QSENCE is Qianshuo’s filament brand. Own compounding and 20 extrusion lines, 500 tons a month. 1.75 mm ±0.03 mm, TDS/COA/MSDS, private label, FOB Foshan. If this shore has not been printed on their machines: 1–2 sample rolls, then the usual 50 kg.
Order check: the part has to give → TPU 85A. A wheel or a belt → TPU 98A. A gasket, not a cushion and not a wheel → TPU 90A. Shore never printed here → samples, then 50 kg.
