If the nozzle cannot hold 260–300°C and the bed cannot hold 100–120°C inside an enclosure, order ABS, not PC. Order PC when the part needs HDT 110°C and the machine can hold that window. We sell FOB Foshan.
PC: black and white. HDT 110°C, impact 55 kJ/m², flexural 90 MPa, print 260–300°C, bed 100–120°C. The catalog recommends an enclosed printer for PC. ABS: black and white. HDT 87°C, impact 39 kJ/m², flexural 62 MPa, print 230–260°C, bed 90–110°C. ABS does not cover a 110°C requirement. If the part must sit at 110°C, a machine that cannot run PC is not fixed by renaming the line to ABS.
A line that only says “heat resistant” does not pick the grade. Write the HDT the part needs, and the nozzle and bed the printer can actually hold. PETG is HDT 70°C, print 230–250°C, bed 70–85°C, 18 colors. That is the color line, not the 110°C line.
Qianshuo is the company. QSENCE is Qianshuo’s filament brand. Own compounding and 20 extrusion lines, 500 tons a month. 1.75 mm ±0.03 mm, TDS/COA/MSDS, private label, FOB Foshan. If this grade has not been printed on their machines: 1–2 sample rolls, then the usual 50 kg.
Order check: the part needs 110°C, the printer is enclosed, nozzle 260–300°C, bed 100–120°C → PC. The machine cannot hold that window → ABS, and accept HDT 87°C. The part only needs 70°C and a color outside black and white → PETG. Grade never printed here → samples, then 50 kg.
