Today we split room-temperature camera and light brackets out of those jobs. Catalog CF PLA: black, HDT ~58°C, impact ~22 kJ/m², flex ~88 MPa, 1.75 mm ±0.03 mm, print 200–230°C / bed 50–60°C. It is stiffer than PLA and still softens near ~58°C, so do not put it in a hot chamber. Carbon fiber wears a brass nozzle; use a wear-resistant nozzle. Dental and implant work is out of scope. Do not promise untested UL or lens certifications.
Channel logic: in the six-scene map, room-temp camera brackets, light clamps and bureau exhibit clips should not default to PLA or PA-CF. Hot fixtures stay on the 17 Sep PA-CF post. Drone frames stay on the 8 Sep post. Overnight farm nests stay on the 14 Sep post. Room-temp stiff brackets that still print on a PLA machine stay CF PLA OEM. Quote CF PLA, PLA, PA-CF and CF PETG as separate SKUs.
Factory notes: check diameter, then switch to a wear-resistant nozzle before you lock the sample. Ship vacuum + desiccant. Label CF PLA / camera rig / room temp. Samples 1–2 spools. Print the buyer’s bracket, hang the light, then lock OEM. Specs follow the TDS.
