ABS stays cabin heat. ASA stays outdoor UV. PA-CF stays hotter fixtures. Dental and implant work is out of scope. Do not promise untested food contact, UL or OEM-car fixture approvals.
Channel logic: in the six-scene map, industrial fixtures, farms reprinting shop jigs and bureaus quoting bushings should not default to classroom PLA or window PETG. Week-one kits stay standard PLA. Cool snap prototypes stay PLA+. See-through panes stay Transparent PETG. Outdoor brackets stay ASA. Hotter fixtures stay PA-CF. Indoor wipe-down jigs that must hold a pin stay standard PETG OEM. Quote standard PETG, PLA, clear PETG, ASA and PA-CF as separate SKUs.
Factory notes: dry PETG before you print; ship vacuum + desiccant. Use moderate cooling so layers stay together. Label PETG / jig fixture / shop so warehouses do not mix classroom PLA, window PETG or outdoor ASA. Samples 1–2 spools. Print the buyer’s real bushing or nest, wipe it once, trial-fit a pin, then lock OEM. Specs follow the TDS.
