PLA+: tougher functional prototypes. Wood-look class kits stay PLA Wood. Dental and implant work is out of scope. Do not promise untested food contact, real-wood strength or UL.
Channel logic: in the six-scene map, education architecture kits, fab-lab furniture mockups and small-batch wood-look gifts should not default to beige PLA. Color figurines stay standard PLA. Tougher prototypes stay PLA+. Outdoor brackets stay ASA. Models that must show grain and still print in class stay PLA Wood OEM. Quote PLA Wood, standard PLA, PLA+ and PHA education kits as separate SKUs.
Factory notes: a slightly larger nozzle or more frequent cleans — wood powder clogs a 0.4 mm tip; a bit more layer height reads as grain; sealed dry storage. Label PLA Wood / education model / woodfill so warehouses do not mix beige PLA. Samples 1–2 spools. Print the buyer’s real campus or furniture STL, then lock OEM. Specs follow the TDS — print window about 190–220°C, bed 50–60°C.
