Wiped job boxes stay standard PETG. Sellable shells stay matte PETG. Light-through lids stay clear / shiny PETG. Outdoor UV stays ASA. Dental and implant work is out of scope. Quote matte PETG, glossy PETG and PLA Matte as separate SKUs.
Factory notes: dry matte PETG before you print; ship vacuum + desiccant. Use moderate cooling so layers stay together. Label Matte PETG / consumer shell so warehouses do not mix glossy PETG or PLA Matte. Samples 1–2 spools. Print the buyer’s real shell, look at it under store light, then lock OEM. Do not promise untested food contact, UL or cosmetic-packaging approvals.
