Winning long-tail focus: “PC filament OEM wholesale high-heat electronics”. Industrial fixtures and small-batch consumer lines taking PSU boxes, driver covers, lamp-adjacent shrouds, and motor-side guards often write “heat-resistant PETG” or reuse yesterday’s PCTG chemical-housing brief. First split a solvent-wiped face from a part that will live at 80–100°C. Qianshuo PC: HDT ~110°C, impact ~55 kJ/m², flex ~90 MPa, 1.75 mm ±0.03 mm, print window 260–300°C / bed 100–120°C, black / white, enclosed printer required. PCTG sits near HDT 75°C and ~40 kJ/m² — it is for IPA and cleaners, not continuous heat. The 14 Aug PC post was generic high-heat housings. Today we split near-heat electronics covers out of that SKU and out of chemical PCTG.
Channel logic: 3 Sep covered solvent-adjacent covers on PCTG. 20 Aug covered indoor jigs on ABS. 18 Aug covered why PETG farms must dry. In the six-scene map, fixtures and near-heat electronics covers should not default to PCTG or ABS. Solvent wipe with no continuous heat stays PCTG. Dry indoor jigs below ~80°C stay ABS. Volume farm work with no heat source stays PETG. Outdoor UV stays ASA. Dental and implant work is out of scope.
Print notes: dry PC; ship vacuum + desiccant; enclose the chamber or warp and layer splits come back as returns. Label PC / enclosed / high-heat electronics so warehouses do not mix ABS, PCTG, or PETG. Samples 1–2 spools per color. Print the buyer’s real heat-zone housing before locking OEM color.
Qianshuo PC, FOB Foshan, typical MOQ 50 kg, TDS/COA/MSDS on request; private label available. Black and white only. Do not promise an untested continuous-temperature curve.
Before PO: near-heat electronics → PC; solvent wipe → PCTG; indoor jigs → ABS; farm volume → PETG. Lock 50 kg black on a real PSU/motor cover, then talk private-label and spool-less.
