Service bureaus and print farms taking AGV casters, cart wheels, conveyor idlers, and slide wear pads often write “a bit firmer TPU” or “95A is fine”. First split load-bearing rolling parts vs seals or dampers. Qianshuo TPU 98A is firmer and more wear-resistant, impact ~110 kJ/m², 1.75 mm ±0.03 mm laser control, print window 210–240°C / bed 40–60°C, 10 colors including skin tone. 95A is too soft — rims squash and rolling resistance climbs; 90A is for gaskets; 72D is a semi-rigid snap, not a wheel feel. Casters, rollers, and wear pads should lock 50 kg black TPU 98A.
Channel logic: 30 Aug covered seals on 90A; 22 Aug covered farm flex on 95A; 23 Aug dampers on 85A; 16 Aug snaps on 72D. Today we split “load-bearing rolling parts” out of the 95A bin. Seals stay 90A; skin-contact cushioning stays 85A. Do not quote “firmer TPU” as 95A by default.
Print notes: still print TPU slow, low retraction, prefer direct drive; dry well; ship vacuum + desiccant. Wheels want concentric walls and sensible infill. Label TPU 98A / caster · wear so warehouses do not mix 95A, 90A, or 72D.
