Channel logic: 22 Aug covered farm seals on 95A; 23 Aug covered dampers on 85A. Today we split “must compress and still stand” gaskets out of both ends. Do not use 85A on a lid ring that is assembled daily, and do not quote 95A for a “softer wearable”. When two SKUs sit in one catalog, a hardness table cuts dummy samples.
Print notes: still dry TPU; ship vacuum + desiccant. 90A is more retraction-sensitive than 95A — low retraction or direct extrusion. Label TPU 90A / Shore 90A so warehouses do not mix 85A or 95A.
